Established in 2012 by Chef Antoine Westermann, our bistro pays tribute to unique terroir by offering diverse varieties of responsibly-raised and sustainably-sourced birds.

Combining modern French gastronomy with an Alsatian twist, the experience centers around a selection of heritage breeds, including chicken, turkey, duck, goose, quail, and guinea fowl.
