Le Coq Rico was born in 2012 in Montmartre, Paris.
What better place for Chef Westermann to establish the first Le Coq Rico than on top of a hill, rue Lepic, a few steps from the Sacré–Cœur basilica.
Chef Westermann founded the neighborhood bistro to share his love for French breeds and terroir.
From pasture-raised eggs and whole-roasted birds to handcrafted desserts, you are welcome to experience the original PoultryhouseTM.
